Yesterday, I shared a story on what never to do in your business.
Well, here’s Saga #2:
Same location: My father-in-law’s house
But this happened a month ago…
A few months ago, we started renovating my father-in-law’s 2 bathrooms to install anti-slip measurements.
The whole project took 2 dusty months.
(I almost got hospitalized due to bronchitis)
Anyhoo…
The last step of the project was to install the glass door for the shower area.
Simple step, right?
RIGHT?!
Here’s what happened:
~ The first time the workers came, they realized they had built the frame too long
~ The second time the workers came, they realized they had the wrong size glass panels
~ The third time the workers came, they messed up the protection film… forming massive bubbles all over the glass
~ The fourth time the workers came, they fixed 50% of the bubbles… while mistakenly slanting the window so there’s a huge gap when you try to close the door
~ The fifth time the workers came, they fixed 80% of the bubbles… fixed the gap… but lost the ball bearing while adjusting
*KONG-KONG-KONG*
(now the door crashes when you try to close it)
~ The sixth time the workers came, they brought and installed new ball bearings… but ignored all the remaining bubbles
By this point, Tracy had given up on having them remove all the bubbles…

This is your competition.
It is EASY to make a killing in today’s market… because of how sloppy your competitors are. You don’t even need to overdeliver.
JUST BE PROFESSIONAL.
And you’re good.
