the longest days of my life…

This happened last Monday, March 25, 2024.

It was 2 a.m., and I was comfortably snoring into a sweet dream.

Suddenly!

My wife – Tracy – sat up, hesitated, and went downstairs.

This unusual behavior woke me up because Tracy would do ANYTHING to avoid getting out of bed at night.

(she would rather knock herself out than go to the bathroom)

“That’s weird,” I remember thinking, half asleep.

Wielding all my willpower, I got up and followed her downstairs.

A few moments later…

She came out of the bathroom looking concerned.

“What happened?” I asked, still half asleep.

“There’s blood…”

My eyes shot open.

“How much?”

I was wide awake.

“A little… but it feels weird. Maybe it’s nothing”

But you can see the worry in her eyes.

So, I thought about it for 5 seconds and said:

“Let’s go to the hospital. The worst case – we wasted a few hours.”

22 hours later…

Our 37-week, 3.2-kg baby dragon princess was born.

👩‍❤️‍👨 ➡️ 👨‍👩‍👶

It was 23:45.

I will never forget that moment.

Thank you, Tracy.

The reason I’m sharing this with you is because –

1) I’m super happy both of them are safe and healthy;

2) This is the reason why I stopped emailing for a week.

Nothing was more important than being by their side.

But now, I’m back for business. 😏

So, if you want to level up your email marketing game, I’m offering a few Email Audits on the house.

All you have to do is add me to your account as an Analyst, and I’ll pop in to take a look.

I’ll examine your deliverability, automated flows, promo calendar, and campaigns to identify low-hanging fruit and hidden goldmines.

Then, I’ll devise an Action Map for you to reap all these opportunities.

Best part?

It’s free.

(If it makes sense… and only if you want to… we can discuss working together. But there’s no obligation.)

Cheering for you,

BTW – I learned a lesson from this overwhelming (and exciting) day that I’ll share with you tomorrow.
