Recently, I saw a lot of discussion in the ThriveCart FB group:
It turns out that the software is removing customers from courses they’ve already paid for.
It took a lot of angry posts… and frustrated complaints… before the software finally acknowledged the problem publicly.
(if you’re using ThriveCart, you might want to give it a quick check)
Now, most of my subscribers are eCommerces who don’t use ThriveCart.
But there’s an important lesson for you, too.
When a mistake happens, own it.
Don’t try to hide it.
(you can’t)
(you’ll attract an army of angry villagers hunting you down with a pitchfork)
Instead…
Acknowledge your mistake, take the blame, fix the problem, and move on by focusing on a bigger, brighter future ahead.
This sets you apart from all the cowardly competitors who shy away from bad reviews. Now, you become a trustworthy leader.
Cheering for you,
Wuyen
