I go to this coffee shop every week

There is an unusually popular coffee shop near my place.

Every morning at 8 a.m., I’d see 4 to 5 customers lining up in front of the glass door like some autograph session.

I got curious.

“I wonder why so many people are lining up before the cafe is even opened?”

I murmured to myself as I joined the crowd.

The environment was decent. But nothing special.

The dessert was meh.

The food was tasty… but rather expensive.

Then, something on the menu caught my attention.

“Daily cold brew Darjeeling tea.”

It’s a secret drink that changes every day.

They don’t even tell you if it’s spring or summer flush.

I ordered it, and it was DELICIOUS.

I mean…

Smooth. Delicate. Light. Refreshing.

Unlike anything I’ve tasted.

I fell in love with the coffee shop immediately.

The interesting thing is…

I don’t care about anything else on their menu. Their chairs aren’t comfortable for working remotely. And they have the most boring desserts.

However, I visit the cafe every week.

Just for the cold brew.

The reason I’m sharing this with you is that I’ve come to realize many brands are obsessed with creating new product lines.

“I need to launch more products so my customers won’t get bored.”

But if you think about it…

Most people go to McDonald’s because of the fries and nuggets, not the McRibs.

All you need is ONE hero product.

Focus on making it great.

And you’ll attract fans, not just followers.

“Focus” is the real superpower that can help rocket-fuel your growth. Because you are doing less… but better.
