effectiveness > efficiency

The market is full of bad competition.

Contractors who can’t install a simple shower door for 2 weeks. Water filter companies that ignore the leakages they create. Tea brands that sell dust for a premium.

This is because most of your competitors focus on efficiency over effectiveness.

It’s all about short-term sales.

Profit margin.

The ability to scale fast.

“How can we acquire more customers—regardless of retention?”

That’s why it’s never been easier to dominate your industry, attract raving fans, and become the only choice in your customers’ eyes.

All you have to do is “care.”

To give you an example:

Last week, I booked a cleaning service for my air conditioning.

The worker reminded me of the booking a day before. He arrived on time. He laid out a doormat before stepping into the house. He brought his own, clean slipper. He protected the surroundings with pre-taped masking film. He placed a carpet under his ladder to prevent damaging the floor. He worked fast. He shared the before vs after picture to demonstrate his progress. He cleaned up better than our cleaning lady. He gave me a discount for a 5-star review. He returned everything to the original setting before leaving. He charged reasonably.

This is why I’ve been using his service for 7 years…

…and I plan on using it for the next 7 years, too.

It’s really that simple.

Zig when your competitors are zagging.

Focus on effectiveness when your competitors are forcing efficiency.

To your success,
