Doing less (but better)

I’ve been following a business for a while.

The reason I study this business is because of how “stupidly simple” their marketing strategies are.

~ Create a new social post every day

~ Drive traffic

~ DM (with real human, not robot)

~ Schedule a call

~ Close

They are not trying to game every platform.

They are not trying to be omnipresent.

They don’t worry about SEO.

They are not chasing “new” offers every week.

They have ONE strategy, yet…

They’ve dialed in every step and detail so that they are scaling toward 10 figures—fast.

The reason I’m sharing this with you is NOT because you should run this same strategy. This strategy does not make sense for e-commerces.

But the MINDSET is critical.

There are an infinite number of strategies in the world.

But you only need one.

The idea isn’t to do more…

It is to do less, but better.

Because scaling starts when you stop jumping from strategy to strategy… but instead, find ONE to master.

To be continued…

P.S. – In my experience, the simplest (and most effective) strategy for e-commerce is…

~ Run ads to get new customers into your world

~ Use emails to turn customers into repeat customers

That’s all.

You don’t need Plan B, C, D… X, Y, Z…

Invest and master.
