a happy nightmare-ish experience

A few weeks ago, I took the little one to Chiao-Hu Wonderland.

A theme park designed for tiny human beings.

Stairs. Slides. Playing house. Climbing nets. Ball pools. Sand pit. Story cosplay.

The little one went CRAZY.

Rushing from one stop to another, yelling in excitement, laughing uncontrollably, picking up toys, throwing away toys, and…

…crashing her battery power after 3 hours.

Then, it was a nightmare.

She was SOOOO tired that she couldn’t fall asleep.

She was tossing around in her bed—crashing into the wooden rails, yelling with restlessness—while barely keeping her eyes open.

BUT SHE JUST WON’T GO TO BED.

FOR A ROUGH 2 HOURS.

(To those who don’t have kids… yeah, they literally don’t know “how” to fall asleep when they are tired.)

This is one of the most challenging things for parents on the weekend.

You need to wear out the children’s energy.

BUT –

You can’t overdrain their battery… because they get “too exhausted” to sleep.

Finding the balance point is everything.

Just like…

(here comes the awkward transition)

…

..

.

Selling through email!!

I told you it is awkward… but it’s also true.

Because you need to find the balance point.

~ how can you provide enough “argument” without feeling boring

~ how can you tell stories WHILE selling

~ how can you sell without getting needy

~ how can you demonstrate testimonials without becoming a blatant sales pitch every time

This is the art of email marketing.

It’s more than just slapping your products inside a poster ad… and sending it to your subscribers disguised as an email.

To your success,
